Q: I received a package, but it only contains some of my items. Why?

A: Items often ship in small orders. This keeps packages below the maximum value that customs clears without taxing the customer. If you've received a package without all your items don't worry. Keep checking your mail, and request a tracking number if you'd like more information.

 

Q: What happens if my product arrives faulty or damaged?
